Serving unique international and Nicaraguan gourmet fare, La Cascada Bar & Restaurant shines like a glittering jewel from the tree-lined cliffs above San Juan del Sur. Guests are invited to dine al fresco by the pool or at a candlelit, ocean-view table in the open-air dining room overlooking the cobalt-blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner La Cascada features signature dishes prepared by our chef using only the freshest local ingredients. La Cascada is open from 7 am until 10 pm daily (the bar is open until 11 pm).

Bistro La Canoa, surrounded by gently flowing brick walkways and lagoons of lush bougainvillea, floats in cooling shade above our infinity lap pool. Join us for an early breakfast, a variety of Bistro lunch specialties, or a refreshing beverage as you relax poolside. Bistro La Canoa is open from 7 am until 5 pm daily (the bar is open until 6 pm).
